Products Description

Internal scraping self-cleaning filter (referred to as scraper filter/scraper filter/mechanical self-cleaning filter)

1.The scraper is driven by the cylinder (gear motor) to remove the particulate impurities on the surface of the filter element.

2.The filter element adopts high-quality metal wedge-shaped filter element, which has the characteristics of large filtering area, long service life and good self-cleaning effect.

3.The scraper material can choose 4F board, nylon Brush or steel wire brush, equipped with high elastic spring, can be accurately stretched, close to the surface of the filter element, efficiently scrape off impurities。

4.When the impurities accumulate to a certain degree, the automatic drain valve opens, and the impurities are discharged from the bottom drain port.

5.Which can achieve single machine continuity On-line filtration, always keep the filter element clean and reduce liquid loss.

6.When filtering viscous liquids such as sewage, adhesives, resins, polymers, oils, etc., the DFA scraper type self-cleaning filter works more efficiently.
